I had a frustrating time trying to deal with a return. The process was not clear, and getting an exchange sorted out felt way harder than it should have been. I would have appreciated a smoother experience.

So... they did eventually get back to me and helped sort things out, but it took longer than I expected. There was more back and forth than I would’ve liked. Not a bad experience overall, just a bit slow

The boots look really nice, but I do wish they came in more widths because the choices feel limited

The designs look nice overall, but they felt a little too plain for my taste. I also found the next steps kind of unclear, so I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do after looking through everything.

I ordered from alvies.com and honestly... the stitching is really solid. No loose threads, the seams are clean, and it feels like it’s going to hold up well. I was a little nervous about buying online, but it turned out better than I expected.

It looks really nice in person, and part of me likes the leather, but at the same time it feels a little stiff. I wouldn’t say it feels cheap, but it also doesn’t feel as soft or premium as I was hoping. So I like it, but I’m also kind of disappointed.

I really wanted these alvies boots to work out. They’ve got a solid look, the leather feels nice, and right out of the box I was optimistic about them.

After wearing them for a couple hours, though, the lack of sole support was hard to ignore. My arches and heels started bothering me, and the footbed felt flat, like there just wasn’t enough cushion or structure there.
They might be fine with a good pair of inserts, but at this price I expected them to be more comfortable from the start. They’re not bad boots, but the support definitely didn’t live up to the rest of the build.

I bought this from alvies.com i feel let down. I barely wore it a few times before the stitching started coming loose, and the material already looked worn out like I’d had it forever. Maybe I just got unlucky, but it feels unfair because I really expected it to hold up a lot better for the price.

I ordered from alvies.com and the shipping took way longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking again and again, and it just barely moved for days. I know delays happen, they happen, but there weren’t many updates either, which made it more frustrating. By the time the order finally showed up, I was already annoyed. Not the best first experience for me...

Overall, I’m happy with it. The leather feels nice and the stitching looks really solid, so it definitely seems well made. I did notice one tiny glue spot, but it’s not a big deal for me.

I was glad they had my size in stock. That shouldn’t feel like such a big deal, but a lot of stores act like keeping basic stuff available isn’t their responsibility. Nice to see this place actually doing right by customers.

I ordered one pair, but what showed up was a completely different size and color. I even went back and checked my confirmation email because I thought maybe I’d made a mistake, but everything was correct on my end. I’ve ordered from other places before and usually if there’s a mix-up, they’re quicker to fix it, so this was frustrating. Customer service took longer than I expected to respond, and I still had to go through the hassle of sending it back. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

I was able to find what I needed quickly, and checkout was really straightforward. Compared to some other sites where I feel like I’m clicking around forever, this one felt simple and easy to follow. It also loaded fine on my phone, which was a plus. I’d definitely use it again

The arch support feels good overall. It’s not absolutely perfect, but once I wore them a bit, they got comfortable. it’s only right that shoes should offer decent support instead of leaving your feet aching, and these do a fair job of that.

I ordered a pair from Alvies and the fit was actually fine, but the color was disappointing. Online they looked like a nice warm brown, but in person they were much duller and almost grayish, which wasn’t really what I thought I was getting.
I reached out to support about it and felt like I got stuck in a loop of generic replies asking for the same info instead of really addressing the issue. I’ll probably still wear them sometimes, but for the price, I expected the product photos to be a lot more accurate.

I wasn’t expecting anything amazing for the money, but these boots are actually decent. They feel comfortable enough and seem like they might hold up for a while, though I’ve only had them a bit so I’m just guessing. Overall, I’d say they’re worth it for the price.

I got my alvies boots and the first few times I wore them, they were a bit stiff, mostly around the heel. I wouldn’t say they hurt, but I definitely noticed them and ended up wearing thicker socks while walking around in them.

After about a week, they started feeling much better, and now I reach for them often. They look really good and seem well made, though I can’t say yet how they’ll hold up long-term. Giving them 4 stars just because the break-in wasn’t immediate

I got a pair from Alvies and, looks-wise, they’re totally fine. But comfort-wise, I’m a little torn. The first few times I wore them they felt stiff, and after a couple hours my feet were like, anyway, they were definitely tired. They have softened up a bit since then, so it’s not a huge deal, but I did expect them to feel better. I’d wear them for a quick outing or a casual dinner, just probably not for a full day on my feet.

These boots fit just right. I ordered my usual size and they were comfortable straight out of the box. Happy with them

I ordered from Alvies and the package showed up quickly. The box was really sturdy, and everything inside was totally fine, which was definitely the main thing for me.

The items were wrapped nicely without being way overpacked, and it felt like they put some care into making sure it arrived safely.

I’d probably give it 4 stars just because the outside box had a small dent and one corner was a little crushed. It didn’t mess anything up at all, but I did notice it.
